Oana DeVito

  • Oana, at 39  years old, is proud mother, wife, athlete, coach and the owner of CrossFit Warrior Legion.
  • After becoming a mom at 25, Oana began her fitness journey from scratch and found CrossFit at 28. What started as a way to reclaim her health soon became a passion for building strength, resilience, and confidence.
  • Although she has faced her fair share of injuries,  every setback taught her resilience and deepened her understanding of movement mechanics, training methods and principles. She is  a competitive athlete, consistently ranking top 2% globally in her  age group, proving that dedication and grit can push boundaries.
  • With a decade of experience and certifications including CrossFit Level 1 & 2, ISSA Personal Trainer, ISSA Corrective Exercise Specialist, Precision Nutrition Coach, and OPEX CCP, Oana delivers customized, expert coaching to help clients reach their goals.
  • When she's not in the gym coaching classes or helping members with their extra credit work, Oana works one-on-one with private clients, addressing their unique goals, limitations, and aspirations.
