Oana DeVito

  • Oana, at 39  years old, is proud mother, wife, athlete, coach and the owner of CrossFit Warrior Legion.
  • Her fitness journey began at 28. Starting from scratch, she fell in love with CrossFit as a way to reclaim her health and confidence.
  • Although she has faced her fair share of injuries,  every setback taught her resilience and deepened her understanding of movement mechanics, training methods and principles. She is  a competitive athlete, consistently ranking top 2% globally in her  age group, proving that dedication and grit can push boundaries.
  • Holding multiple certifications, including CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2, ISSA Personal Trainer, ISSA Corrective Exercise Specialist, Precision Nutrition, and OPEX CCP combined with a decade of experience, allows her to provide expert coaching tailored to diverse needs.
  • When she's not in the gym coaching classes or helping members with their extra credit work, Oana works one-on-one with private clients, creating individualized programs that address their unique goals, limitations, and aspirations. 

Community driven fitness

  • CrossFit is unique, it integrates principles from various fitness disciplines—like Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance training—into a comprehensive program designed to enhance functional fitness. 
  • Unlike other fitness trends that focus on specific goals, such as aesthetics or endurance alone, CrossFit emphasizes overall performance across ten fitness domains: cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
