Oana is a proud mother, wife, athlete, coach, and the owner of CrossFit Warrior Legion.
She began her fitness journey 12 years ago, starting from scratch and discovering CrossFit as a way to rebuild her health and confidence.
Through injuries and setbacks, she developed resilience and a deep understanding of movement, training principles, and long-term athletic development.
Now a competitive athlete consistently ranking in the top 2% globally for her age group, Oana proves that dedication and smart training push boundaries at any stage of life.
With multiple certifications and over a decade of experience, she delivers expert, personalized coaching—whether leading classes or working one-on-one to help clients reach their goals safely and confidently.
