I have worked with Oana for a while now. I have psoriatic arthritis and daily tasks would cripple me. Now the pain is gone. I am much stronger than I have ever been. The specific workouts she prescribes for me are challenging and varied. She is always there to push me when I need It and to change or modify when its to much. I have never followed a fitness program for this period of time.
